Our mission is to provide the Georgetown University in Qatar (GU-Q) community with advanced technological resources and tailored support from dedicated staff and student experts to enhance digital skills and foster academic and creative excellence.
Digital Scholarship – What We Do
Located in the GU-Q Library, the Digital Scholarship & Innovation Lab provides access to technology, personalized consultations, workshops, and in-class training so that faculty and students can enhance their digital skills and adopt innovative approaches to inquiry, scholarship, and creativity. By supporting and collaborating throughout all phases of digital projects, from conceptualization to production to dissemination and archiving, we enable the GU-Q community to incorporate digital tools and methods into their academic work.

Jamillah S. Branch
As Director of the Library, I am continually looking for ways to enhance student use of media and technology in their learning process. I also support use of technologies like E-Portfolios, Research Posters, and Digital Storytelling tools.
Mohammad Jaski

Paschalia Terzi
As Instructional Librarian, I help teach students about the research process and how to incorporate media into their scholarship. I also support use of technologies like E-Portfolios, Research Posters, and Digital Storytelling tools.
